About Oxford

There are few people who have not heard of Oxford University in the city of the same name. However, Oxford is also home of the mini car, and author Lewis Carroll. The city has seen its share of death and tragedy too; most notably during the sweating sickness epidemic of 1517, and the burning at the stake of the Oxford martyrs in 1555.

Coming back to modern day Oxford, the city has several museums, including the Modern Art Oxford, Ashmolean Museum and University Museum of Natural History. If theatres are more to your taste, you have the Old Fire Station, Burton Taylor Theatre, Pegasus Theatre and a number of others to choose from too.

As long as your phone can receive text messages you will receive a link shortly before your trip where you can track your driver.

Can I book a transfer from Heathrow Airport to Oxford University?

Yes, absolutely. When you book your transfer with us one of our professional, licenced drivers will meet you in the Arrivals Hall at Heathrow Airport holding a sign with your name on it. From there they will take you directly to Oxford University.
