Things to do on Arrival at Gatwick
Gatwick airport has plenty on offer in the way of shopping, eating, internet access and VIP lounges. However, the airport also plays host to some of the finest sculptures and artwork in the U.K., which travellers will find while exploring both the North and South Terminals.
While exploring the airport you will notice a large selection of cafes and restaurants are available; however, not all of them offer what you would expect from airport fare. There are a number of venues that serve dishes with a unique international flavour, not found anywhere else in London.
Once you are through security, make sure to take advantage of BAA’s ‘Buy Before you Fly’ service. If you plan on returning to London, simply purchase your items, retain your receipt, and you can collect them upon your return. The service is free, however, it is only open if you are flying within the European Union.
