We had to change our itinerary at one point and the company refunded 9 pounds as the revised journey was shorter than the original. It takes integrity to do such a thing for foreigners who don’t know how much things will cost anyway. It would have been easy for the company to refuse since we had already paid, and I greatly appreciated their integrity yet again.
